If the production of fermented dairy products is not your strong point, then today you can buy this very fashionable healthy product from ready-made, or even quickly frozen good kefir. Then activate the violent cosmetic imagination and start rejuvenating, take the following recipes as a starting point.
The serum itself is a true cosmetic storehouse of all kinds of nutrients that tones, nourishes and heals all skin types. In addition to lactic acid, there is a whole bouquet of trace elements, beauty vitamins A and C and the famous group of vitamins B. There is also choline in serum, which regulates the activity of sebaceous glands and is responsible for our youth and the thriving type of niacin.
Most often, the whey remains after making homemade cottage cheese. If you are not a fan of such complex culinary delights, then try to get this miraculous elixir from good fresh kefir. To do this, place the kefir package in the freezer, in the quick freezing compartment. Wait until the kefir is completely hardened, put it on a sieve covered with several layers of marl and squeeze the serum.
Be sure to smell the finished product and taste it gently. The serum should be refreshing and pleasantly acidic. He should not give up rotten and take the tongue.

- 1 egg yolk (if you do not like the heart, replace the aloe vera in the composition without alcohol),
- 2-3 teaspoons of fresh milk serum
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rose oil (natural sunflower, soy, evening primrose oil)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon argan oil (or any other oil, including good butter).

Apply on wet skin (face, neck, décolleté, hands. . . ) For 20-30 minutes. Remove the residue with serum-soaked cotton pads, wait another 5-10 minutes and rinse with cool water.

Mix the pea flour with the whey until it becomes cool.
Pea flour can be substituted for or mixed with chicken and / or oatmeal. If your skin needs more cleansing, add a little rye flour.
Apply on wet skin in a few steps, drying each layer slightly.
